OUR BikeRegister support team recently helped a customer who is now living in Switzerland but had originally registered his bike when he was working in London.
The customer said: “I locked my bike up at a train station in Switzerland and managed to lose the keys!
“Having left the UK, the email address that I registered with was no longer valid, so I asked the BikeRegister support team if they would re-register the bike using my current email address, which they kindly did.
"This gave me the proof I needed to show police that I was the genuine owner and for them to release the bike to me. I am very grateful for BikeRegister's help in this instance.”
