Bike Marking Events
The police regularly set up marking events to provide cycle security advice and offer security marking and registration onto BikeRegister’s online database.
Registering your bike helps police and retailers identify and verify the legitimate owner of bikes that have been stolen or are being resold. Search below to find your nearest event.
Please note these events are uploaded by police forces and not BikeRegister, in the event that you have any questions and queries regarding any of the events, or cannot find an event near you, please contact your local police force on 101 or British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40.

| Notes | On New Year’s Eve we're offering free bike security marking at Surbiton YMCA between 2 - 4pm (early enough that you won’t miss any New Year’s celebrations!). As we are using their property we need to limit the number of people bringing bikes to be marked at the same time, so we’re offering specific booking time slots. If you’d like to attend please email [email protected] by 22nd December with your preferred time slot. If that space has already been allocated we will look to offer you a space as close to it as possible. AVAILABLE TIME SLOTS – 1450, 1520, 1530, 1540. |
