BikeRegister, the National Cycle Database, is proudly unveiling its brand new range of products and packaging today at The Cycle Show 2015, NEC, Birmingham.

Our BikeRegister Permanent Marking Kit, Covert Marking Kit and Membership Plus Kit have been redesigned to have greater appeal to the cycling community and to tie in more closely with our growing brand identity.

By registering and marking a bike with one of our kits, the chances of having it stolen are greatly reduced.

The kits, with their distinctive red and blue colourways and bold Stop bike thieves! strapline, are being rolled out to retailers over the next few months and are available to purchase online.

The 3 products BikeRegister is launching at the Cycle Show are:

Membership Plus Kit - Tamper resistant QR barcodes that deter thieves and can be scanned with a smart phone for instant identification

Permanent Marking Kit - Chemically etches the frame of a bike with a permanent blue mark containing the cyclist's unique BikeRegister ID.

Covert Marking Kit - The BikeRegister UV Covert kits mark the frame of a bike and it's components with hundreds of microscopic dots printed with a unique ID. Also included in the kit is a colourless UV marking which invisibly marks the coating of the bike.

BikeRegister is the UK's national cycle database and the leading online bicycle identification and registration initiative aiming to reduce cycle theft, identify stolen bikes and assist in owner recovery. More than 421,000 bikes are already registered on the database.

BikeRegister is used by every UK Police Force and is the preferred bike marking system of the Metropolitan Police Service.
