Delivery in the UK

What delivery method does BikeRegister use?

For UK orders we use 1st Class Royal Mail. This means that, if you live in the UK mainland, your delivery will usually arrive in 1-3 days, excluding weekends. Delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

Please note that this is not a guaranteed service like some of Royal Mail’s more expensive services such as Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Also mail occasionally goes astray, gets delayed or simply gets lost in transit. If you do not receive your kit within 3 working days from placement of order we kindly ask you to be patient and wait a few extra days to see if it arrives. If your order does not arrive within 7 working days (Mon-Fri inclusive) from placement of order we will ship out a replacement kit free of charge. For security reasons we will cancel the kit that has been lost so that it cannot be registered by anyone else. Please email [email protected] or call 01689 660200 to arrange for your replacement kit to be sent out.

Please Note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

Delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions

Adverse weather conditions, such as snow, may result in delayed delivery times which are unfortunately outside of our control.

Changing your delivery address

Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed.
