The police regularly set up marking events to provide cycle security advice and offer security marking and registration onto BikeRegister’s online database.
Registering your bike helps police and retailers identify and verify the legitimate owner of bikes that have been stolen or are being resold. Search below to find your nearest event.

Here are the details: Bike Marking Event With recent reports of increased bike thefts around the Sevenoaks train station area, police understand your concerns. To help combat this issue, we will be on hand to mark high-value bikes for free and offer some useful crime prevention tips. This service is normally at a cost, but will be completely complimentary during the event. If you have a high-value bike and live near Sevenoaks train station, why not enrol in this FREE service! Demand will be greater this weekend so please be patient with us and anticipate a queue.
